I don't remember seeing any birds use it but I enjoyed sitting on the deck reading with the sound of the fountain relaxing me.It was not too big or cumbersome to move into the sunroom for winter storage. It is not the heaviest of materials but was solid enough to keep from tipping. This is a nice birdbath. It has a nice sound when the sun is shining but does fade when it is dull our or even if you walk past it or stand over it blocking the sun. You must remember to keep it filled as the water does eventually evaporate.I intended it for the garden but somehow it never left the deck.
Most of the reviews were positive and I decided it would be my choice. Works nicely in direct sunlight and is the perfect accent for our garden. I was doing research on several solar fountains and finally found this one. I'm glad I made the purchase.
This has been a great addition to our yard and it looks great. We have to fill it everyday because the birds enjoy it so much they splash the water out ekven tho it is quite deep. We have had trouble with the filter getting cotton wood and elm seeds in it but it is easy to rinse. At times there is a waiting line of birds wanting to use the new bath (shower). It was very easy and quick to set up.
They were leary of the humming noise for a day or two but no problem now. I keep a brush near-by because algea does tend to grow on the solar panel. We were concerned it would not be heavy and the squirrels and racoon that also visit our yard would tip it over but this has not been a problem.(In fact the squirting water has frightened the squirrels). This bird bath is really neat. The solar works well even on slightly cloudy days.

The sparrows love it too. Everyone that visits me wants a bird bath like this one. So far, I've not seen and larger birds visiting the bath.
I did a lot of research.I wanted to give it to my wife for a Mothers Day gift.The birdbath arrived way sooner than I thought it would, so, it wasn't a surprise,After the very easy assembly, we discovered that the bowl had a small leak. And, No, they didn't want us to return the first one.Well, the replacement arrived a few days later.The price was the best, the product is all they said it would be, and, I would highly recommend it to anyone, especially because of the quality of the customer service we received from EWIN.My wife has showed this off to her friends and she is the envy of the neighborhood,Thank You Very much First of all, this was the best price I could find on this birdbath. Not bad, but this thing is on our new composite deck and we thought the water would cause a permanent stain.My wife called EWIN the next morning and talked to a very accomodating customer service person.She said they would send out a replacement.
